How much green space do you see in Zibi's plan?
What does sustainability mean? Who are all these buildings aiming to serve?
Zibi's marketing tactic is incredibly vigorous green-washing. What about social sustainability? Thousands have marched in protest of this development, and Zibi is facing the First Nations in court this September.
